Mutual Self Help Housing Progam

In this program a group of families and individuals work together to build their homes. They are able to save money through “sweat equity” and not having to hire a contractor. No previous construction experience is necessary. You will work under the supervision of a construction manager. These groups participate in about 65 percent of the construction work for their “sweat equity”. Our homes are certified as Energy Star rated houses. This rating allows the owner to realize low utility bills.
